If you are an international customer we are now pleased to offer dynamic shipping rates to your specified address. You can shop our store and when you reach checkout you will be offered international shipping dynamically calculated based on your location and the weight of goods purchased.

EU Countries

We are very sorry, but Sassy Spirit is currently unable to accept orders for delivery to EU countries.

We fully support the aims of the EU’s new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), which began applying on 12 August 2026, and its efforts to reduce packaging waste and improve recycling.

Unfortunately, the regulation requires businesses selling to EU consumers to comply separately with the packaging registration, representation, reporting and fee requirements of each country to which they deliver. Although we are committed to using responsible packaging, the cost and administration of these separate national arrangements are not currently viable for a small independent business such as ours.

We will continue to monitor developments and sincerely hope that a practical, small-business-friendly solution becomes available, allowing us to resume deliveries to our EU customers.

Northern Ireland

We are also very sorry that the new EU PPWR requirements affect deliveries to Northern Ireland.

Because Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom, our website cannot currently prevent customers there from completing checkout without also preventing orders from England, Scotland and Wales. We must therefore ask customers in Northern Ireland not to place an order at this time.

Any order placed for delivery to a Northern Ireland address will unfortunately have to be cancelled and fully refunded.

We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience. We will continue to monitor the situation closely in the hope that we can offer delivery to Northern Ireland again in the future.
