Returns Policy

Should you decide that you do not wish to keep the goods you have ordered, then please complete a  Return Request. This can be accessed from your account within our website.

By completing a Return Request you are notifying us of your intention to return the item. All returns must be returned to us within 14 days. As long as your purchase is in its original packaging and in good condition, we will happily provide you with a Credit Note equal to the cost of the item, less postage and packing. Credit Notes will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Sassy Spirit Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any returned item that is not received, so we ask all customers to take the necessary steps to ensure they have appropriate compensation arrangements in place with their chosen carrier. What if my order arrives damaged?

All items are inspected for damage before they leave our premise, however in the unlikely event that they are damaged in transit, then please let us know immediately by sending a photograph of your parcel and the damaged item. Please email us on info@sassyspirit.co.uk (We respond to all emails within one working day), and we will ensure that we can get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.

In the event that we have no replacement stock, the customer will be offered the choice of either a Credit Note or full refund.

Please note no Credit Notes or refunds will be processed until a Photograph of the damaged item has been received. All refunds will be made via their original payment method.
