Navy Tortoise Basket - Large

Hand made in Madagascar from sustainable Raffia and Banana palm.

This basket is a double skin of hand woven raffia with an internal skin of hand woven banana palm.

The banana palm helps provide the basket with structure and durability.

The front of the basket is decorated with a bright and colourful scene featuring a rainbow-coloured Tortoise and 2 stems of flowers.

The baskets come with Leather Handles.

They have a Raffia trim around the base and top.

A Draw string top in matching fabric enables you to close the basket up and prevent anyone putting their hand in.

Beneath the draw string top is a hidden pocket perfect for keys, cards or small change.
