1 Poncho - 3 Looks

1 Poncho - 3 Looks

We have re-stocked our very popular lightweight poncho's.

They are such versatile pieces and serve so many different purposes.

The main body of the poncho is made of a wool mix, which is great for lightweight warmth or those moments when you wish you had something to cover your shoulders. The chiffon trimmed edge adds style and elevates the poncho when you are looking for a more sophisticated look.

Customers love how they can be dressed up or down.

They look great as a stylish over piece and don't look out of place at a wedding or a day at the races.

Equally you can wear them on the beach or by the pool to cover up.

A significant part of their appeal is the fact that you can wear them 3 different ways.

To make the most of the 3 styles you need to understand where to put the seam.

1.The Diagonal

Perhaps the most commonly used style. Line up the poncho seam down one arm and you achieve a diagonal look across the front. The wide neck also allows you to show one shoulder with this look.

2. Waterfall sides

To get a straight edge across your front and waterfall sides, line up the poncho seam straight with the middle of your back. This can look really elegant and is often favoured with ladies of shorter statue.

3. Looped Scarf

The look that surprises everyone is the very simple looped scarf. For this look, line up the poncho seem straight down your front. Toss the poncho up off your shoulders and allow it to gather round your neck. The result is that the poncho hangs like a looped scarf.

That's 3 completely different looks all from the 1 piece.
