Post & Packaging
Depending on the size and weight of the goods you order, your delivery will be either via Royal Mail Second Class or MyHermes Parcel Delivery. Postage cost is calculated by your order total using the table below:

If you are attending a Sassy Spirit Event or Home Party you can select at the checkout the option to have your order delivered free of charge. You must be in attendance at the event or have advised us by email in advance who will be collecting the order on your behalf. The person collecting the order will be required to sign for delivery of the order and should be prepared to produce the order confirmation email if requested. Sassy Spirit Ltd reserves the right not to release the order if we are unable to verify the identity of the person collecting the order. In this event the customer can opt to pay the delivery charge for their order or request a refund.
Deliveries outside the UK will be subject to higher rates – please email us for a quotation prior to placing an order. firstname.lastname@example.org. Our International deliveries are sent by either Royal Mail Airmail or MyHermes International.
If your requested items are in stock we aim to dispatch them from our premises on the next working day, in which case you will receive your order within 3 to 4 working days. We will always endeavour to deliver within 10 to 14 days at the outside. Please do let us know if there is particular urgency with your order in which case we will do all we can to ensure it is sent as quickly as possible.
For customers wishing to send items as gifts, we offer a wrapping service. All items will be wrapped in a printed wrapping paper and dressed with a ribbon and matching bow. Our gift wrapping service is available at the additional cost of £3.99 and can be selected at checkout.
All items are inspected for damage before they leave our premise, however in the unlikely event that they are damaged in transit, then please let us know immediately by sending a photograph of your parcel and the damaged item. Please email us on email@example.com (We respond to all emails within one working day), and we will ensure that we can get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.
In the event that we have no replacement stock, the customer will be offered the choice of either a Credit Note or full refund.
Please note no Credit Notes or refunds will be processed until a Photograph of the damaged item has been received. All refunds will be made via their original payment method.
Should you decide that you do not wish to keep the goods you have ordered, then please complete a Return Request. This can be accessed from your account within our website.
By completing a Return Request you are notifying us of your intention to return the item. All returns must be returned to us within 14 days. As long as your purchase is in its original packaging and in good condition, we will happily provide you with a Credit Note equal to the cost of the item, less postage and packing. Credit Notes will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Sassy Spirit Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any returned item that is not received, so we ask all customers to take the necessary steps to ensure they have appropriate compensation arrangements in place with their chosen carrier. We respect the total privacy of our customers you can be assured that we will never pass on your details to a third party.
We are of course concerned with the security of your credit card details, and so we use Paypal and WorldPay Zinc Services, who deal with the entire transaction on our behalf. We at Sassy Spirit never see your card details it is all processed through an encrypted site managed by our payment service providers using the latest security protection procedures.
All prices on the site are in Sterling. We try to ensure that all our information is up to date and correct, however, we do reserve the right to cancel an order should there be a pricing error. In this instance we will of course contact you and refund your order in full.
